PRODUCTION TIME

Every pieces are made to order. 

The estimated production time is 4 weeks, and may vary depending on the number of orders. 

You will be notified by email if the production time exceeds the estimation. 

Keep in mind that we don’t ship during weekends and public holidays. 

RETURN POLICY

On made to order products, all sales are final. We only replaces or refund items if they are defective or damaged. 

In the event of a defective item, the customer may send the piece back for a repair, an exchange or a refund. 

In accordance with articles L. 121-16 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the day of delivery of the product purchased on the Site to notify customer service of the desire to return the Product to Exchange : If you need an exchange please send us an email at

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with an approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then we will send you another item in the same size. Refund : If you need a refund please send us an email at 

contact@xplicitholism.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with an approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

SHIPPING

Items are shipped from our studio based in Paris. 

You will find below the prices for the different countries :

National (France) : 15 €


Europe : 29 €
International : 49 €

For delivery outside the non-EU countries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these fees may result in the order being held or returned. To comply with local regulations, customs authorities may require additional payments to release your order. Please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays in the delivery of your order.

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

PRICE

The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros with also the possibility of a choice of payment in currencies US Dollar, Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Yuan, Yen, Won, Russian Ruble (on the basis of a daily conversion via the converter used for the Site), all taxes included and excluding any customs fees for orders outside the EU, which remain the responsibility of the Customer.

XPLICIT HOLISM reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products offered on the Site at any time and without notice.

The Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed, subject to the availability of the Products ordered at that time.

All orders are payable in Euros TTC and must be paid for immediately upon placing the order.

*Payment terms

By credit card (Visa, CB, Mastercard, American Express): Payment is made on the secure site of the XPLICIT HOLISM partner banking institution.

By payment application: via Paypal, Apple pay (mobile) and Android pay (mobile).

This implies that no banking information concerning the Customer passes through the site. www.xplicitholism.com

The payment is therefore secured by the partners in charge of managing the financial transactions.

The order will thus be recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by the banking service.
